Sharon Nuna Ahlijah

Sharon is an associate at Fugar & Company, specializing in Intellectual Property. She provides expert advice on IP-related matters including trademark registration and portfolio management, patent drafting and prosecution, copyright and licensing, digital copyright and online infringement.

 

She holds an LLB from the University of Leicester, UK and completed the Legal Practitioners Course (LPC) alongside an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law, London.

 

She joined Fugar & Company in 2022 and has since become an indispensable member of the team. Her professional interests include Family law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property.

 

Notably, Sharon represented the firm in research contributions to the World Bank’s 2nd Edition of the Equality of Opportunity for Sexual and Gender Minorities (EQOSOGI) 2024 Report. She also solely represented the firm in their contribution to the World Bank’s Business Ready 2024 project, focusing on innovation and Intellectual Property in Ghana.
